We are in capacity building mode and could use help with staffing strategy and salary projections thru 2023.

What we have in place
  • We currently have all of our salary information available, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have several job descriptions (but not all), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to put funds towards a very necessary new hire!

One of the silver linings of the pandemic was our ability to double the number of students accepted to our Career Accelerator. But this growth requires an increase in staff and increase in budget. This project will help us better understand where we are and how to create a compensation strategy for current and new employees over the next 1-3 years. We are also in need of help with benefits package options.

Ready To Succeed's mission is to support and empower foster youth through college and beyond so they can graduate and launch meaningful careers. We achieve our mission through an innovative career development + internship program providing our Scholars with the confidence, career skills and networks they need to thrive personally and professionally.

What we do

Our innovative Career Accelerator program equips our students with career competency, professional networks, skill building work experiences and social/emotional support so they can graduate career and life ready. We do this through personalized Career coaching and advising, introductions to professionals in our RTS network, access to internships and jobs through our corporate partners and connections to a large referral network of partners providing social/emotional/financial support.
