bottom line, my mother is 90 in Dec. It's her and another woman who is part-time. My mother, very old school, keeps her data on Excel spreadsheets. we've heard about Data Management systems, like salesforce etc. we have a grant that has given us $ toward something like this. question are we in a position to actually use it? take advantage of it? who would oversee it? we have basic questions and need an objective eye and viewpoint toward strategy. many thanks. I am looking to build on a piece of the program that is an Intern/Practicum site which will be fee-based so this may be time to explore a system - We don't know what we don't know to articulate what we need.
