Project details

What we need
  • 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
  • Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
Additional details

We need someone who can help analyze a completed board assessment. Last year the board completed a McKinsey board assessment and now we need assistance interpreting the data and reporting.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a completed board assessment, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a full-time staff member dedicated to this process, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to to focus more resources on marketing and fundraising.

The board has no term limits and members have been in their positions over 13 years. They have never completed an assessment and need assistance in understanding their performance standards. A documented process would put tangible guidelines in place.
