What we need
- Recommendations on the most appropriate chat software, depending on organization's needs and budget
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to set up and use chosen software
- Note: Some chat software providers may provide free or heavily discounted plans for 501(c)(3) nonprofits
Additional details
We need assistance to roll out the implementation of this collaboration tool so that we can work more effectively while working remotely.
What we have in place
- We currently have a designated person to lead the implementation, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the software already installed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $668 , allowing us to use those funds to buy a printer and ink for the office.
It will help a small team work more effectively and allow us to bring in interns.
