Project details

What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

OASIS is looking to refresh our three year old website. We are getting comments from multiple marketing professionals and would love to work with a web developer who can help move this project forward!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a list of edits that need to be made to the website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a responsive team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to reinvest the dollars into the arts programs that are needed in public schools.

OASIS will be launching a TV brand spot that will potentially drive traffic to our website and social media platforms. We want to make sure that the branding effort translates to high web traffic and increase donations.

  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site

Our mission

OASIS Center International is a 501(c)3 community development organization, working in partnership with both public and private entities to bring art back into the lives of our youth. Established in 2012, the vision of OASIS is to inspire a generation of youth to fulfill the highest level of life achievement possible through discovery and development of their inherent creative gifts. Our mission is to positively impact at-risk youth through a replicable Arts Mentoring Program and to enhance the skills of local artists through community engagement.

What we do

Recognizing the advantageous effects of arts education on both students and society, OASIS is committed to restoring arts and cultural enrichment at the core of communities, and we believe this starts with a focus on the youth, especially those at-risk in underserved areas of the community. OASIS provides students with instruction in a variety of modalities, including architectural design, creative art journaling, film-making, and tap dance.
